Refund & Returns Policy

At PokePoint we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and receive refunds when buying TCG products, vinyl collectible figures, and related merchandise. It reflects your rights under EU consumer law and the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz, FAGG). Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As a matter of store policy, we extend this same right to all customers worldwide.
- The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, it ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
- To withdraw, notify us at info@pokepoint.shop with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
- After withdrawing, you must return the goods within 14 days.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have returned them).
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, and with any seals, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Sealed TCG products (booster packs, boxes, decks) must be returned unopened and sealed. Once opened, they cannot be returned under the withdrawal right unless faulty, because the contents are random and their value depends on them being sealed (§ 18 FAGG — goods unsuitable for return for reasons of consumer protection/sealed goods).
- Single trading cards must be returned in the same condition and protection (sleeve/toploader) in which they were sent.
- Vinyl figures must be returned with their original box and packaging undamaged.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost on their way back to us.
- If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within [7 days] of delivery at info@pokepoint.shop with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
- Under the Austrian statutory warranty (Gewährleistung, ABGB), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for defective goods.
- We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original delivery costs where applicable.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund of that item.
- If a pre-order's release date changes, you will be notified and may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
- If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order (e.g. the manufacturer cancels the product or our allocation is withdrawn), we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard 14-day withdrawal rights in Section 1 apply.
6. Restock & Out-of-Stock Refunds
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase (e.g. a stock synchronisation error), we will contact you to offer a restock wait, a replacement, or a full refund for the affected item.
7. Items Excluded from the Withdrawal Right
The following cannot be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right unless they are faulty:
- Opened or unsealed TCG products (booster packs, boxes, decks) where the seal has been broken.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
- Gift cards.
8. How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
- Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Where applicable, original standard delivery charges are refunded for full-order withdrawals, but not the extra cost of any upgraded/express shipping you chose.
9. How to Return an Item
- Email info@pokepoint.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return address and any instructions.
- Pack the item securely (in its original packaging where possible) and send it using a tracked service.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
